BLAISE CLEMENTS, B.Comm, AACI, P.App. became a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2003. He began working with B.R. Gaffney and Associates in 2004 under the mentorship of Brian Gaffney.
Blaise obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003 and enrolled in the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business Post-Graduate Program in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) immediately after convocation, completing the program and receiving the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation in 2007. He completed the demonstration appraisal report in 2008, completed the written and oral exams as required by the AIC and received the AACI, P.App. designation in 2009. He has maintained his membership in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada since becoming a member in 2003. Blaise became a partner in the firm and, upon Brian Gaffney’s retirement in 2011, succeeded him in the operation of the company.
Blaise Clements has provided appraisal and consulting services on virtually all types of real estate. Properties appraised and appraisal types include multi-family properties, agricultural properties, industrial properties, retail properties, sub-division development appraisals, office properties, appraisal reports for easements, appraisals completed for federal, provincial and municipal governments, resort properties, hotel/motels, vacant land, properties involving air rights, and properties involving access restrictions, among others projects. He has also appeared in Provincial Court as an expert witness.
